Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will give you total control over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can create a brand new email account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Plus, you can forward e-mails from one electronic mail account to another, create mail filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mailboxes against spam mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply select the e-mail box account you would like to forward e-mails from, then select the destination email box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the email client of your liking to access your email boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
